When parking on campus property student vehicles should be parked in 只供学生停车场使用. Please note that the streets surrounding the campus have been converted to “Permit Parking Only” for city residents. Second Avenue (behind the Donald Hiller Building) and 大学的地方 have both been reserved as Permit Parking Only for 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 students. Please note: if students choose to park on City property (streets) students must follow The City of 杜波依斯 parking rules and regulations. Some City parking areas require that the vehicle be registered with the University. Parking is not permitted in 教师/工作人员 lots, 标有“访客”的区域, in those spaces with other special designations such as “Reserved for...”. Vehicles parked in handicapped-accessible spots must have a state-issued handicapped plate or placard and must be registered with the University. All faculty and staff must obtain a hanging parking permit through the Director of 业务服务 to be able to park in the lots on the 杜波依斯 Campus. Visitors may obtain a temporary parking pass from one of the following offices: 学生事务, 外展, 学术事务, 校长的办公室, 业务服务, 财务处, or the 招生 Office in the One-Stop. A map of these locations can be found by clicking on the 校园地图及路线 链接，或查看 互动地图. The pass must be displayed by hanging it from the rearview mirror and is only valid for a specified day and time. Visitors with valid passes may park in in the main faculty/staff lot. Penn State students are not considered visitors for any reason and must use the student lots.
Vehicle Registration and Parking Permits
All students must register their motor vehicle each academic year. 所有学生均可免费注册. Vehicle registration is completed by submitting the 停车许可证登记 链接在本页底部. Permits may be picked up in the Student Account’s Office in the One-Stop, on the next business day after registration by the student. You must show your PSU Photo ID to pick up your permit. Please be advised that due to the busy nature of the office at the start of the semester pickup hours may be limited and/or the pickup location may be changed. Students should monitor their PSU email for notices concerning these changes.
The color-coded hanger permit should be immediately displayed from the rear-view mirror with the color side facing forward.
Additional permits for a second vehicle and motorcycles are available for a fee of $4. Students requesting additional permits should complete registration as stated above. This fee is due when permit is picked up. Additional vehicles and motorcycles are subject to the same parking rules and regulations.

Campus parking tickets are to be paid in 财务处 which is located in the One-Stop in DEF 214C, 或者如果它们不可用, in the 业务服务 office on the second floor of Symmco House. All penalties shall be paid or appealed within 48 hours. Appeal forms may be obtained in 财务处 (One-Stop) or in the Office of 学生参与 (104 Hiller). All fines must be paid before an appeal can be filed. A receipt showing the fine was paid must accompany the appeal form. Failure to comply will result in the loss of appeal.

After four violations are incurred by an individual, the face value of the ticket will double each time another parking violation occurs.
Anyone parking on City property (surrounding streets) must also follow the City of 杜波依斯 parking rules and regulations. Some City parking areas require the vehicle to be registered with the University. The University has no control over City fines. For disputes regarding tickets issued by the City of 杜波依斯, you must contact the 杜波依斯 City Police Department.
